We are conducting a search for a strategic Technical Compliance Engineer to serve as the single point of authority for the North American market.
Responsibilities
As the single point of contact for all regulatory and compliance matters in North America, you will not be in a hands-on technical role. Instead, you will be the strategic orchestrator, guiding complex, high-value energy projects through intricate compliance landscapes.
You will own the relationship with certification bodies and regulatory authorities, lead critical safety and risk assessments (Hazop/Hazid), and serve as the key technical advisor to internal product engineering, project management, and procurement teams.
Your leadership will ensure that our client's pioneering technology meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance across the United States and Canada.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned engineer with 7-10 years of experience and a deep, nuanced understanding of the North American regulatory environment (including OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, CSA, NEC, and ASME standards).
Your background is likely in the energy, oil & gas, industrial systems, or product certification sectors.
Beyond your technical acumen, your true strength lies in your proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
You are a natural communicator and leader, capable of translating complex technical standards into actionable business strategy and providing clear guidance to both internal and external partners.
If you are ready to take on a strategic leadership role with a global impact, apply now for a discussion about this unique opportunity.
