You’ll work with multi‑disciplinary teams (electrical, mechanical, software, test, systems) to ensure product quality, reliability, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automated test systems and rigs using

LabVIEW

(National Instruments) for hardware such as battery modules, battery management systems (BMS), power electronics, or related components. Develop test procedures, test scripts, and automation code to execute functional, performance, environmental, durability, or safety tests. Integrate test systems with data acquisition (DAQ) hardware, sensors, relays, power supplies, thermal chambers, etc. Troubleshoot, debug, and calibrate hardware and software in test setups. Maintain and document all test systems: software design, hardware interface, calibration, version control. Analyze test results, log defects, provide feedback to design teams, and assist in root-cause analysis when tests fail. Work with systems / test validation teams to define test plans, validation protocols, and verification documentation.
