Primary Responsibilities

Direct and manage onsite subcontractors to ensure adherence to project documents, schedule, and quality standards Monitor subcontractor coordination and resolve issues that arise Coordinate and communicate onsite activities with the internal construction team and owner to minimize interruptions to nearby businesses Set and enforce project logistics plans to maintain a clean and efficient jobsite Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation Advise of potential RFIs and include a proposed solution for the project manager to formally submit Project Schedule Management

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules from pre-construction through project completion Create and manage short-term look-ahead schedules to anticipate challenges Collaborate with subcontractors to set clear expectations and identify roadblocks Communicate with TPC project managers and/or directors to ensure schedule visibility to all subcontractors Safety Promotion

Create and enforce safety plans in compliance with applicable state, federal, and OSHA standards Conduct regular safety meetings and on-site inspections Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Pre-Construction Assistance

Attend and conduct site walks with subcontractors for potential projects when necessary Identify potential project issues and communicate with the project manager to assist budgeting Assist in Capital Project planning at Thomas Park owned assets About You

5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar Ability to manage multiple jobsites and coordinate various trades simultaneously Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods Effective communication and leadership abilities Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, or other web-based project management tools Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance Ability to travel between jobsites as needed Location
