Lead and manage stormwater projects from concept through construction, including drainage design, green infrastructure, and flood mitigation. Oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, regulatory compliance, and on-time, on-budget performance. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support proposal development. Collaborate across disciplines to integrate stormwater solutions into broader civil and site development projects. Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in stormwater management. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers. Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Professional Engineer (PE) license. 10 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Travel frequency contingent on duties and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Skills and Abilities
Expert knowledge of computer aided design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices. Expert knowledge of engineering design principles. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Expert knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations. Equal Employment Opportunity
