Electrical Superintendent II

Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage electrical projects on-site, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage 2-4 crews or projects valued between $10M-$25M, with gross margins over 13%.
Supervise multiple supervisors and a team of 50-70 employees across various sites.
Take initiative in starting and managing projects independently.
Ensure high standards in daily production, installation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and develop team members including foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
Maintain a strong focus on safety and utilize industry-leading equipment.

Qualifications
Experience managing large electrical projects and crews, with a focus on profitability and safety.
Proven success supervising teams of supervisors and large workforce on multiple sites.
Experience in large construction and data center projects, with knowledge of prefabrication.

Motivation for ongoing professional development, including LEED and NICET Level 2 certifications.
