Responsibilities
The Program Manager is responsible for managing the program from contract award through final modification parts kit delivery. Establish, monitor, and integrate program elements including statement of work, schedule, budget, resources, procurement, manufacturing, quality, communications, risks, and change management. Serve as liaison between the Customer, Sales and Marketing, Project Team, Certification, Finance, Operations, and NAT Management. Act as primary customer contact. Develop, integrate, execute and maintain Program Plan consisting of: Approved & Integrated Statement of Work; Approved & Integrated Schedule; Approved Budget; Program Assumptions and Decisions; Roles and Responsibilities; Lines of Communication. Ensure all stakeholders understand and agree to the Program Plan and are informed of changes. Establish and maintain Program Management Tools (e.g., Program Plan, Project Set up Form, Data Requirements Matrix, Action Items, Risk Matrix). Lead and coordinate major program milestone meetings (e.g., ITCM, PDR, CDR, FAI). Coordinate commercial and proprietary issues with Customer, Finance and Marketing (e.g., obtain POs, prepare NDAs, assist with GTAs). Manage resources, quality, communications and program risks; manage and control changes to SOW, schedule or budget. Develop, coordinate and implement solutions to problems; coordinate on-site support and travel; report project status regularly. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget; participate in proposal preparation as needed. Understand and promote health, safety and environmental requirements; lead by example in safety culture and compliance. Coordinate internally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Certification, Procurement, Manufacturing and Quality; coordinate externally with Customer, Customer's Suppliers, and Offload companies. Local and international travel may be required, up to 20%. Qualifications
