Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Full Time - 16 Hour - Float - Nassau GoHealth Urgent Care has partnered with Northwell Health, New York State's largest health care provider and private employer, to create a network of over 50 urgent care centers throughout the New York City metro area and Long Island. The partnership provides patients with greater access to innovative urgent care through state-of-the-art technology and unique patient access tools, such as online registration and appointment scheduling. Pay and Schedule
Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $89.00/hr. Position: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - 16 hour - Float. Pay: $68/hour - $89/hour (experience-based range). Shifts: weekdays 16 hours 8a-12a, weekends 12 hours (8a-8p or 12p-12a). Providers will be required to float to all 19 Centers in the Nassau County Region. $5/hr float premium + $30/hr Night differential from 8p-12a. Responsibilities
Float to all 19 Centers in the Nassau County Region. Provide urgent care services to patients in adult and pediatric populations (as applicable). Collaborate with on-site Rad Techs and Medical Assistants who assist with vitals, medications, splints, and vaccines. Engage in on-site treatment and procedural care as appropriate to urgent care settings. About GoHealth Urgent Care and Northwell Health

Minimum Qualifications
