Manage structural engineering for a wide range of building projects across commercial, mixed-use, educational, and institutional sectors Produce detailed design calculations, technical specifications, and construction documents in compliance with IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI standards Conduct structural analysis and modeling using RAM Structural System, ETABS, SAFE, and ADAPT Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and lead field observation visits during construction administration Collaborate closely with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and developers Mentor junior engineers and oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance What You’ll Bring
Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience focused on
vertical building design Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering EIT
certification required, PE license preferred Proficiency in Revit (structural discipline), AutoCAD, and major structural design software Demonstrated experience delivering full structural design packages for buildings Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams Salary & Benefits
