As a CIS Solutions Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth across Capgemini’s CIS portfolio by identifying, shaping, and closing complex cloud infrastructure deals across our GTM portfolio of services. You will work closely with delivery teams, solution architects, and client executives to craft compelling value propositions that align with client needs and business outcomes. Your Responsibilities
Lead CIS solution sales pursuits from qualification through closure, including deal shaping, proposal development, and contract negotiation. Engage with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into tailored CIS solutions. Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and profitability of proposed solutions. Maintain a strong understanding of Capgemini’s CIS portfolio, including Cloud Platform Engineering, Adaptive Cloud Operations, Cybersecurity, Digital SIAM, and Enterprise Service Management. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities aligned to strategic growth areas. Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (e.g., THOR updates). Represent Capgemini at industry events, client workshops, and internal forums. Your Experience
Proven experience in solution selling within the Cloud Infrastructure Services domain. Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid/multi-cloud strategies, and infrastructure transformation. Technical acumen and ability to engage in architectural and operational discussions with clients and internal teams, translating customer needs to cloud infrastructure solutions and services. Experience with client-facing roles focused on positioning consulting and managed services to solve customer challenges and drive outcomes. Experience building large managed services proposals/contracts and driving them to closure. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a matrixed, global organization and collaborate across business units. Background in delivery of cloud infrastructure or managed services. Sales engineering or technical pre-sales experience. Familiarity with Capgemini’s CIS portfolio and solution integration approach. About Capgemini
