AMADA AMERICA
We’re looking for a driven Tooling Sales Specialist to support manufacturers across Oregon, Washington, Northern Idaho and Western Montana. In this role, you’ll help companies get the most out of their Amada machines by providing tooling and accessory solutions. You’ll manage existing customer relationships, identify opportunities to win business from competitors, and provide expert application support for press brake and turret tooling.
Responsibilities
Makes sales calls to established customers. Provides status reports and call reports to Manager. Keeps informed of product knowledge and pricing information. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Develop new business and manage existing accounts within the territory Provide tooling recommendations, quotes, and application support to manufacturers Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to decision makers Work closely with Amada service and machine sales teams to maximize customer value Maintain strong product knowledge of sheet metal tooling solutions Non-Essential
Prepare special reports, as needed. Assist in miscellaneous duties within the department Reporting relationship
Tooling Sales Manager Subordinate staff

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sales (tooling, metalworking, capital equipment, or similar) Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes (press brakes, turrets, CNC machining, etc.) a plus Strong communication and customer-facing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to create quotes and presentations Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory Skills
Computer knowledge (word processing and spreadsheets). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software products (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel) for use in Sales Presentations. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), detail-oriented. Travel
Frequent travel Territory
Territory includes: Oregon, Washington, Northern Idaho and Western Montana Candidate can be located in Seattle WA or Portland OR Pay range
Base $46,080 annually plus commission. Top earners can earn $100,000-$130,000. Mental
