Legends designed, built, and operates Sky View Observatory (SVO), an innovative guest experience on the 73rd floor of the Columbia Center in Downtown Seattle. The observatory offers breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of Mt. Rainier, the Cascade Mountains, Mt. Baker, Elliott Bay, the Space Needle, and more. The Role

The Group Sales Account Executive generates revenue through the sale of group tickets to key markets including tourism, student travel, corporate, and social organizations. This role emphasizes outbound sales, relationship management, and strategic partnerships to drive group attendance and revenue growth in the Seattle market. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a creative dealmaker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a partnership-oriented mindset. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of group clients, including tour operators, school groups, corporations, and event planners. Prospect and cold call new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. Achieve monthly and yearly ticket and revenue targets as set by the Group Sales Manager and Director of Sales. Conduct site visits, attend trade shows, and represent Sky View Observatory at networking events. Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close group sales deals. Coordinate with operations and events teams to ensure a seamless group experience. Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline. Collaborate with marketing on promotional materials and special offers for group markets. Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications

Education and/or experience Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in group sales, preferably in attractions, tourism, hospitality, or event sales. Skills and abilities Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Compensation

Competitive hourly pay up to $26.00, commensurate with experience, plus a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan. Working Conditions
