Bay Club Associate at The Bay Club Company. This role contributes to the club operations and aims to provide the highest level of member service while maintaining club cleanliness and a positive, professional attitude. General Summary
The Operations Associate is responsible for contributing to the success of the overall operation by assisting in a variety of roles throughout the club. These associates provide member service, maintain club cleanliness, and develop career growth potential by gaining experience in all aspects of the Club. Primary Job Functions
Customer Service: Greet members and guests, check membership, collect guest waivers and fees, book appointments and reservations, provide information on programming and facilities, deliver exceptional service to retain guests, and share guest/prospect information with the membership sales team. Reception Desk Oversight (if applicable): Operate cash register, process payments, balance cash drawer, perform opening/closing duties, answer and transfer phone calls. Café Oversight (if applicable): Create and serve food and beverage items, promote daily specials, process payments, manage opening/closing duties, maintain food safety standards. Pool Deck Oversight (if applicable): Greet members, host events, coordinate with F&B for service, offer tours, book programs, provide updates, maintain refreshment stations and towels. Parking Garage Oversight (if applicable): Greet members, verify membership, audit parked cars, perform opening/closing duties. Cleanliness: Maintain club cleanliness and stock levels across areas (Sports Desk, Locker Rooms, Lobby, Fitness Areas, Pool Deck, and surrounding areas); perform detailed cleaning and restocking; assist with laundry of towels. Communication and Relationships: Timely communication, participate in events, programs, meetings, and trainings. Other Job Functions: Flexibility in schedule including day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications

Written and Oral Comprehension and Expression — Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Computer — Ability to use club software and email systems (e.g., Microsoft Outlook). Experience & Education At least one year of experience in hospitality or related service position preferred. Food Safety certification (if applicable). Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent customer service. Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills; dependable team player; self-motivated and eager to acquire new skills; well organized and detail oriented. CPR certification.
