Regional Director, Women's Health Sales (SoCal) Location:

This role will cover Southern California. Ideal candidate must reside in the territory.

We are currently looking for a Regional Director, Women's Health Sales. The Regional Director is responsible for the sales and growth of Natera’s genetic testing products to include noninvasive prenatal testing, carrier screen testing and miscarriage testing. This role ensures profitable growth in sales, through the planning, execution and management of a team in the Southern California region.

Responsibilities

Educating and recruiting Key Opinion Leaders from the OBGYN medical community.

Become an expert in Natera’s technology and service offerings and represent the company and its business interests: physicians and hospitals.

Develop and execute plans to ensure rapid distribution of all products.

Develop business plans based on sales goals, expectations and available resources, including regional strategies and tactics.

Recruiting, selecting, hiring and coordinating the training of all sales professionals within your region.

Provide constructive feedback to sales professionals to maximize their potential.

Spend time in the field with sales professionals to help them develop and provide direction and feedback.

Provide direction based on field input, market assessments and trends to develop a region implementing Best Practices.

Plan, design and implement territory alignment based on maximum ROI.

Support sales professionals with guidance and career development.

Establish positive working relationships with key customer segments (internal and external).

Qualifications

BA in Business, Marketing or related field required; MBA preferred.

Background in medical or biological sciences; clinical diagnostics preferred.

Minimum three years’ physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business (preferably in a genetics laboratory).

Minimum of five years’ successful sales management experience, preferably in diagnostic laboratory business.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Proven track record of leading a team of salespeople to develop new markets, launch new products and increase revenue quickly.

Award-winning management track record.

Market knowledge and experience in reproductive health preferred.

Effective time management skills; team oriented; coachable; proactive and self-motivated.

Ability to navigate complex situations, internal and external; creative problem solver.

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and lead a team to revenue growth.

Develop and execute strategic business plans.

Confident in delivering record-breaking growth and implementing successful sales strategies.

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Gmail; Salesforce.com.

On Target Earnings (OTE):

The total On Target Earnings offers a competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly commissions. In addition we offer a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE and is based on factors such as skill set, experience, certifications and location. OTE represents the total potential income achievable by reaching 100% of performance goals.

OTE Range:

$226,000—$263,000 USD
