Regional Director, Women's Health Sales (SoCal)

– Location: This role covers Southern California. Ideal candidate must reside in the territory. We are currently looking for a Regional Director, Women's Health Sales. The Regional Director is responsible for the sales and growth of Natera’s genetic testing products, including noninvasive prenatal testing, carrier screen testing and miscarriage testing. This role ensures profitable growth in sales through the planning, execution and management of a team in the Southern California region. Responsibilities

Educate and recruit Key Opinion Leaders from the OBGYN medical community. Become an expert in Natera’s technology and service offerings and represent the company and its business interests: physicians and hospitals. Develop and execute plans to ensure rapid distribution of all products. Develop business plans based on sales goals, expectations and available resources, including regional strategies and tactics. Recruit, select, hire and coordinate the training of all sales professionals within the region. Provide constructive feedback to sales professionals to help maximize their potential. Spend a sufficient amount of time in the field with sales professionals to help them develop, and provide direction and feedback. Provide direction based on field input and market trends to develop a region implementing "Best Practices". Plan, design and implement territory alignment based on maximum ROI. Support sales professionals with guidance and career development. Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external). Qualifications

BA in Business, Marketing or related field required; MBA preferred. Background in medical or biological sciences; clinical diagnostics preferred. Minimum three years’ physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business (preferably in a genetics laboratory). Minimum of 5 years’ successful sales management experience, preferably in diagnostic laboratory business. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven track record of leading a sales team to develop new markets, launch new products and increase revenue quickly. Award-winning management track record. Market knowledge and experience in reproductive health preferred. Team oriented; coachable with excellent initiative and self-motivation. Ability to navigate complex situations and think strategically while executing tactically. Urgency in driving exceptional revenue growth and developing/ executing strategic business plans. Confident in delivering record-breaking growth and implementing successful sales strategies. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Gmail; Salesforce.com. Compensation

The total On Target Earnings (OTE) offers a competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly commissions. In addition we offer a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). On-target earnings (OTE) represents the total potential income achievable by reaching 100% of performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated guideline based on average performance outcomes. OTE $226,000 – $263,000 USD Our Opportunity
