Location: Chicago, IL 60612 – Prime downtown location with access to cultural attractions and Lake Michigan Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Healthcare Setting: Level 1 Trauma Center Operating Room Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 9/30/2025 – End: 12/30/2025) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 5x8-hour evening shifts (14:30 – 23:00) Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (2 weekends per month) Call Requirement: One 12-hour shift per month on a Saturday or Sunday (7A-7P or 7P-7A) Floating: Mandatory float within facility and to other units within 50 miles as needed Estimated Weekly Salary: $2620 - $2690 Qualifications

Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be in hand prior to submission) Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience as an Operating Room RN Level 1 Trauma Center experience required Proficient in scrub and circulate roles Experience with Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery cases BLS certification required COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions accepted for flu vaccine) Timely completion of compliance requirements Lab work must be completed within 72 hours of accepting assignment Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and high-quality outcomes during surgical procedures Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical cases, including Orthopedic, Trauma, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery Participate in call rotation and provide weekend coverage as scheduled Float to other units as required to support facility needs Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic charting system Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Comply with all facility policies, including time-off and compliance requirements Benefits
