Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient
Schedule: Monday to Friday; No weekends; No evenings
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient speech-language pathology services to residents on-site in the clinic or in their rooms.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
Market the clinic, create your own schedule, and work independently.
Support care planning and patient outcomes through direct therapy and documentation.
Qualifications
Current license as Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
Previous outpatient experience preferred.
