High caliber, quality focused, innovative providers should apply to join our cancer care team of both physicians and advanced practice providers to expand and provide care to local communities. Responsibilities
Seeking a physician leader in Malignant Hematology that can help grow our pre-and post-bone marrow transplant clinics.
Access to top clinical trials with the University of Michigan Rogel, an NCI designated cancer center.
Dedicated hematology service for outpatients and inpatients.
Ability to work closely with a partnering team of specialists encompassing 37+ specialty care and hospital-based service lines.
Play a key role in providing exceptional care to patients with hematologic malignancies, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, and advanced practice providers to develop individualized treatment plans.
Conduct and participate in clinical research, contributing to the advancement of malignant hematology.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging therapies and clinical trial opportunities for patients.
Educate and mentor medical students, residents.
Develop strong relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
Participate in tumor board meetings and provide expert consultation to other healthcare providers.
Academic hybrid model of care.
