Overview

Work location: Hybrid, primarily remote with ad hoc on-site work, frequency TBD. This position serves as a Gunnison employee in support of a federal cybersecurity operations support contract. Duties And Responsibilities

Operate and manage data loss prevention tools, focusing on data in motion, at rest, and in use to protect sensitive data across multiple transmission avenues (M365, email, web, cloud). Lead DLP implementations, serving as a technical point of contact for enterprise-scale deployments. Integrate DLP solutions with SIEM platforms like Splunk for comprehensive monitoring and incident management. Design, implement, and maintain DLP policies, along with incident workflows and governance processes. Conduct risk assessments, policy tuning, and incident triage to ensure effective data protection in large environments. Requirements

5+ years in cybersecurity or information security. 3+ years of experience with DLP tools and technologies, managing large environments (10k+ endpoints/users). Proven experience in integrating DLP solutions with SIEMs. Advanced knowledge of DLP technologies and SIEM integration methodologies. Desired Qualifications

Experience supporting environments with 50k+ clients, showcasing strong DLP and data protection proficiency. Advanced certifications such as CISSP or GIAC Security Essentials. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred. Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field. Clearance

Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Compensation And Benefits

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 per year. The range depends on location, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and contract-specific budget and organizational requirements. Gunnison’s total compensation package may include bonus and profit-sharing opportunities.
