Overview
Cryptologic Computer Scientist 3 (CCAs Accepted) with Security Clearance At Wyetech, you'll be at the center of an award-winning corporate culture, solving real-world problems for our federal government customers. Design, develop, deliver and operate solutions to hard cryptologic computer science problems within a scientific framework. Solutions may involve forensics and attack attribution, protection of critical networks, active system warnings/indicators, active penetration testing, knowledge discovery of passive and active systems, or other cryptologic computer science mission support. Requisite computer science skills are applied to provide state-of-the-art techniques, tools, and approaches. Required security clearance: TS/SCI with agency-appropriate polygraph (as applicable). Responsibilities
Design, develop, deliver and operate cryptologic computer science solutions for federal contracts. Apply computer science fundamentals (operating systems, compiler theory, database theory, algorithm analysis, computer architecture, discrete mathematics, programming language theory, data structures) to solve problems. Engage in forensics, attack attribution, network protection, system warnings/indicators, penetration testing, knowledge discovery, and related mission-support activities. Leverage scripting (Python) and Jupyter Notebook; familiarity with C++ is a plus. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet contract requirements and deliver high-quality results. Qualifications
Doctoral degree plus 4 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience; or Associates degree with 10 years of relevant experience Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with at least one programming course and at least 4 upper-level math courses (Calculus and above) Relevant experience in computer science (theoretical or applied), simulation/model development, mathematical modeling, algorithm design/analysis, reverse engineering, and/or development of computer/information systems Benefits Package
