Principal Electrical Engineer – Capital Improvements
— Salary: $198,682 – $264,909 DOE/DOQ Principal Electrical Engineer – Network Planning
— Salary: $198,682 – $264,909 DOE/DOQ Principal Wastewater Engineer (Wastewater Collection) – Design & Construction
— Salary: $188,406 – $251,202 DOE/DOQ Salary and Benefits
Annual Salaries: Principal Electrical Engineers: $198,682 – $264,909 DOE/DOQ Principal Wastewater Engineer – Design & Construction: $188,406 – $251,202 DOE/DOQ PLUS , all positions will receive a benefits package. Requirements and Ideal Background
The ideal background will vary by role, with candidates bringing strong backgrounds in one or more of the following areas: implementing advanced systems that enhance reliability, sustainability, and customer service; system forecasting and planning; or wastewater design and construction management. Successful candidates will guide teams, manage capital improvement projects, and foster collaboration across the city to ensure Palo Alto’s utilities continue to set the standard for innovation, resiliency, and sustainability.
