Overview
Leadership Search for Private Equity | Principal at Prospera Executive | Partnering with Investors to Unlock Value Prospera Executive have been instructed on a CFO search for a private equity–backed, multi-site healthcare services platform headquartered in Tampa. The business delivers premium, membership-based primary care services and is entering its next phase of growth under new institutional ownership. With a buy-and-build strategy underway, the incoming CFO will play a central role in scaling operations, integrating acquisitions, and building investor-grade financial infrastructure to support rapid expansion and a successful exit. Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and private equity sponsor on strategy, growth, and performance management. Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Build a scalable finance function with robust systems, controls, and KPIs. Drive M&A activity from diligence through integration to support platform expansion. Manage investor, lender, and external stakeholder relationships. Support long-term value creation and exit readiness. Ideal Candidate
Proven CFO (or senior finance leadership) experience in a PE-backed, multi-site healthcare or services business. Track record of leading M&A integrations and operational scaling. Deep understanding of unit economics and recurring revenue models. Strong leadership in building processes, reporting, and controls under investor ownership. Hands-on, commercially minded, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Seniorities & Employment
