We are seeking a Trusts & Estates Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years' experience to support our growing estate planning and administration practice. This will be a hybrid role, primarily based in our Brooklyn office in the Clinton Hill neighborhood. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys both the technical side of paralegal work and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients. Salary and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $65k-$100k, with final compensation based on skills and prior professional experience. We offer 401k with employer match, health insurance and disability benefits. Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years Trusts & Estates (probate, estate administration, drafting) experience Team management or leadership experience preferred Strong drafting and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously, emphasis on time-management skills Comfort working directly with clients in a respectful and empathetic manner Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software What You'll Do

Draft and prepare a wide range of estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, Irrevocable Trusts (ILITs, SLATs, Gifting Trusts) and more. Manage the trust funding process, which may include preparing deeds, beneficiary designations, and account transfer forms Coordinate with financial institutions, banks, and investment companies regarding asset transfers and funding Support attorneys with probate and trust administration, from preparing court pleadings and probate petitions to managing inventories and accountings Communicate directly with clients to gather information, provide updates, and help guide them through the estate planning process Oversee the execution and notarization of estate planning documents with accuracy and professionalism Maintain organized client files and contribute to process improvements that make our workflow more efficient Seniority level
