Transportation Supervisor – Concord, MA at Pyramid Healthcare. This full-time role supports daily operations, ensuring reliable and compassionate transportation for our clients. The center will provide high-quality behavioral healthcare for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Hourly Rate: $21-22/hour Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week Responsibilities
Orientation, training, and scheduling of drivers. Staff the Transportation Department, including the selection, orientation, training, and scheduling of employees; supervise drivers. Complete all required reports associated with the Transportation Department. Receive transportation calls/inquiries. Attend meetings as required. Model appropriate driver skills to other drivers. Ability to respond to emergency situations. Ability to work independently. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of force, if necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
REQUIRED: Valid Driver's License REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Supervisory experience. About Pyramid Healthcare
