Registered Nurse (RN) – Overnight
Location:
Concord, MA (New Facility!)
Pay Rate:
$45 per hour plus shift differentials
Schedule:
Full-time or Part-time, Overnights (11:00pm–7:00am or 7:00pm–7:00am)
We are a nationally recognized leader in behavioral healthcare, delivering compassionate, evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are launching a new treatment center in Concord, Massachusetts, specializing in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment for adults.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct medical care and support to adult clients in our residential SUD treatment program. As an RN, you will be a key part of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for clinical assessments, detox protocols, medication management, and client education.
Key Responsibilities
Complete nursing assessments upon admission and as needed
Administer medications and monitor client responses
Implement and monitor detoxification protocols
Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments per protocol
Provide health and medication education to clients
Collaborate with medical providers during evaluations and medication management appointments
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts
Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required
One year of experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting preferred
Experience with detox protocols and co-occurring disorder treatment (preferred)
