The Role
We’re looking for a
Sales Director – Club Channel
to lead the charge in Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s. If you live and breathe Club, understand the frozen set, and love building something from the ground up—this role is built for you. What You’ll Do
Build and own the Club strategy
across Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s Spearhead
item launches , presentations, demos, rotations, and resets Lead
buyer relationships
and broker/agency partners Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to align on Club needs Analyze performance, forecast growth, and manage trade and pricing Own forecasting, performance analytics, and P&L for Club Launch new items and rotations from concept to shelf to sell-through Work closely with our executive team to shape long-term growth Work across Algro’s portfolio to identify Club opportunities beyond Simply So What You Bring
7+ years in CPG sales , including
3+ years owning Club
(Costco experience required) Experience in
frozen ,
natural , or
better-for-you
categories is a plus Strong broker management and buyer-facing experience Proven track record of launching and scaling in Club Deep understanding of Club dynamics—buyer cycles, demos, rotations, logistics Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re a builder, not just a maintainer Strong communicator, relationship builder, and data-driven strategist Why Join Us?
