The Opportunity
As a
Senior Account Manager – Contractor Development Manager , you will drive LG’s HVAC business growth across your assigned territory. You will lead the development of contractor networks, manage key distribution partnerships, and drive dealer engagement and performance through strategic training, onboarding, and program execution.
Key Responsibilities
Contractor Development
Recruit, onboard, and manage LG Pro Dealers across the region
Design and deliver business and technical training programs, including in-person and virtual sessions
Continuously improve onboarding processes and track contractor performance
Identify performance gaps and create initiatives to elevate contractor success
Sales Strategy & Territory Management
Develop and execute sales plans aligned with revenue and region goals
Support distribution partners with marketing, training, and sales enablement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategies and inventory planning
Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and competitive insights
Cultivate Strategic Relationships
Establish and nurture collaborative, goal-driven partnerships with key stakeholders—including distributors, vendor partners, and internal cross-functional teams. Align on shared business objectives, identify opportunities for mutual growth, co-marketing, and value-added services that enhance the customer experience.
Empower Through Education
Design, coordinate, and lead impactful training initiatives to equip distributor representatives and LG sales teams with knowledge, tools, and confidence to promote and support LG solutions. Drive engagement, product fluency, and field-level execution that translates to increased end-user adoption and satisfaction.
Industry Representation & Brand Advocacy
Serve as a visible brand ambassador for LG at trade shows, industry conferences, and relevant association events. Help elevate LG’s market presence, forge new relationships, and stay ahead of trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
7+ years of experience in HVAC sales, contractor development, or wholesale channel management
Proven experience managing distributor and dealer networks
Strong presentation, training, and communication skills
Business acumen across sales, operations, and marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM tools like Salesforce
Ability to manage a territory with up to 60–70% travel
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Compensation
$95,000 - $125,000 USD
