Overview
American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring for the Aerie - Sales Leader (Full-Time) role. This position supports the Store Leadership Team with Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts, daily store operations, coaching and developing associates, and driving strong sales and guest experiences in alignment with AEO values.
Pay
Base pay range: $17.80/yr - $24.10/yr. Actual pay is based on skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter for details.
Responsibilities
You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through an in-store guest experience; you support Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and KPI results.
You are a people leader: motivate and inspire the team through AEO values, model service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room, and hold associates accountable.
You have an eye for talent and a love of training: recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs; train and develop associates to sustain outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
You know that teamwork makes the dream work: set clear goals, provide real-time coaching, motivate, and celebrate outstanding performance.
You are a visual and operational innovator: execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards; ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and reflect Brand Standards.
Integrity is your focus: maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards and AEO policies, and act with ethics in all circumstances.
