We deliver high-quality cost-effective BIM (Building Information Modeling) services to MEP contractors and engineering firms across the U.S. Our offshore production team supports MEP coordination, modeling, and documentation workflows across all phases of construction projects. We work directly with Engineers and General Contractors to make their lives easier throughout the building process.

We’re growing rapidly and seeking a remote, USA-based BIM Sales Executive to drive new business nationwide and act as the voice of the customer to ensure project success.

We are in need of BIM Sales Executive to join our team in the Engineering industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with BIM experience who wants to dive into the sales side. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of our cutting-edge BIM solutions, developing relationships with key clients, and help grow our business.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. Identify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization, and build and maintain strong relationships with them. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders. Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Present an image that mirrors that of the client. Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets. Present to and consult with mid and senior-level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continue to enhance the company’s performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a BIM role within MEP (must have some sort of Mechanical, Engineering, Plumbing experience to be considered). Sales experience within BIM is a plus. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong technical knowledge of BIM software and its application in the Engineering industry. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Experience in identifying potential clients and building strong relationships. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively. High level of integrity and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and prospects.
