Responsibilities/Qualifications

First Equity Mortgage , a subsidiary of Drees Homes, is seeking a dynamic

Vice President - National Sales Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and facilitating Drees Homes financed purchase loans through exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with Drees Divisional Management, Sales Managers and Market Managers to maximize team efforts to sell homes and originate mortgages

Ensure First Equity meets desired capture rate, margins, profitability, and customer service goals Staff and train Loan Officers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to meet both Drees and First Equity objectives Manage and assign responsibilities to Loan Officers to maximize efficiency and distribution of workload Provide finance related sales tools such as extended locks and relative marketing information to Drees sales staff

by working in conjunction with FEM secondary marketing Monitor Loan Officers to ensure they are compliant with guidelines established by regulatory agencies to avoid risk Knowledge and Skills: Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team

Strong written and verbal communicationskills

Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements: College degree required, in related field preferred Valid NMLS license Minimum 8-10 years personal MortgageLoan Originator experience Minimum 3-5 years Mortgage Loan Origination Management experience Experience in the residential construction loan origination industry a plus This position is in our First Equity Mortgage Fort Mitchell, KY office.
