About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Customer Sales & Profit Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the omni-channel experience where available, supporting direct customer service Engage with customers to provide excellent service Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Promote and sell products to customers Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team General Information
Fashion & Trend Awareness
Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development
Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, introduction processes and trainings for your role and future development Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays and clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Maintain in-store omni services and in-store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Support opening and closing of the store Follow health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role Qualifications
