About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. You will use fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You will also contribute to garment refill and care, presentation, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. A typical day includes the following responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store and the omni experience where available, supporting direct customer service Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and promote products Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Promote and sell products effectively Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management Fashion & Trend Awareness
Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers Use fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development
Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, introductions and training relevant for your role and future development Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete garment lifecycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Support with garment presentation and maintenance of attractive displays, trends and stories according to guidelines Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Maintain in-store omni services and tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Support with opening and closing of the store Follow health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role Qualifications
