You must be an effective communicator in writing and verbally, and able to engage with patients to provide excellent customer service even in escalated situations. What You'll Do

Be highly accountable for meeting or exceeding sales quotas and objectives in the assigned territory. Build relationships with customers to understand their business and align needs to our solutions. Understand customer challenges and offer solutions from Breg\'s portfolio of products and services to improve quality and lower the cost of the orthopedic episode. Provide product expertise and instruction. Sell, plan, organize, and implement account management activities, maintained in Breg\'s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory; overnights may be required. Measure and fit patients with Breg products, complete paperwork required for insurance billing, and protect PHI with confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards. Identify and assess future accounts and opportunities. May provide direction to other Breg associates in the territory to sell and service accounts within their territory, such as an Associate Sales Representative or other roles. Prepare weekly reports on travel (mileage) and approved expenses, and keep expense information updated in Breg\'s expense tools. Attend trade shows, customer training events, and other in-territory events to support sales and service; attend internal meetings and training. What You Bring

Bachelor\'s degree preferably in business, marketing or science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of proven success in a medical sales role with regular contact with physicians, hospitals, and other medical providers. Experience in orthopedic, sports medicine, or surgical markets is highly preferred. Computer proficiency including MS Outlook, Word, Excel; ability to learn new software and systems. Work schedules may include variable start/end times outside of standard business hours. Salary Range: $67,700-$95,600 per year. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the target base salary for new hires across US locations. Pay is based on factors such as location, experience, skill set, trainings, certifications, and business needs.
