Territory Sales Manager- Industrial and Woodworking Adhesives
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic
Territory Sales Manager
to join our sales team. In this role, you are responsible for managing and growing sales within a designated geographic area, developing strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering value to clients. You will play a key role in driving sales growth by fostering strong relationships with key contacts and users of Industrial Adhesive. Markets include edge banding, profile wrapping, mattress manufacturing, 3D lamination, and flat lamination.
Day-in-the-life And Your Responsibilities
Develop and enhance relationships with existing customers, while cultivating sales growth with new customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Maintain a thorough understanding of our industrial and woodworking adhesives and services. Build strong relationships with distributors and other key stakeholders in the industrial and woodworking industries. Use value selling techniques while working with customers to find their unmet needs. Utilize the company’s CRM tool to track, maintain accurate records, and manage sales activities. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company and generate leads.
Our Requirements
Travel through the territory of: North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia Willingness to travel within the assigned territory up to 50% of the time. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an adhesive or technical sales role. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Be self-motivated and independent. Valid driver’s license in the State in which you reside.
