Location: Atlanta, Georgia Experience: 4–6 Years PQE | M&A & Corporate Finance A top-tier Am Law 100 firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (4–6 years PQE) with strong M&A and corporate finance experience to join its Atlanta office. This is a partnership-track role offering early client exposure, hands-on deal work, and a clear path for progression. About the Team
Join a nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice advising on complex transactions, with a focus on private equity and private target M&A. The team is known for its collaborative culture, high client engagement, and industry-leading work. Key Responsibilities
Manage complex M&A projects and deal timelines Draft equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documentation Conduct legal due diligence and summarize findings Coordinate with clients, investment bankers, advisors, and junior resources Provide strategic advice across corporate transactions Who You Are
4–6 years of experience in corporate/M&A practice Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written, oral, and analytical skills Comfortable interacting with clients and cross-functional teams JD from a top-tier law school; admitted to practice in Georgia Compensation
