Inside Sales Executive
with a “hunter” mentality and a heart for service. You will be responsible for generating new leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with organizations that create social impact. This is a remote/hybrid role reporting to the Business Development Operations Manager and offers the opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating with a mission-focused team. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed revenue goals in assigned nonprofit, education, and healthcare sectors Generate and close new business opportunities through proactive outreach Manage your pipeline in Salesforce and maintain accurate records Test and improve messaging and outreach strategies regularly Represent the company at events and conferences Client Relationship Management Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to onboarding Provide consultative support tailored to each client’s needs Foster long-term client relationships and ongoing satisfaction Collaboration and Strategy Partner with marketing and operations to align sales and outreach efforts Share feedback on market trends and successful strategies Help develop scripts, templates, and sales enablement tools Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record Experience managing a sales portfolio and owning the full sales cycle Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools Experience in broadband, SaaS, or tech-related sales is a plus Ideal Candidate Excellent communicator and active listener Charismatic and confident, but never pushy Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments Curious and eager to continuously improve Organized, deadline-oriented, and detail-focused Customer-obsessed and professional in all interactions Travel opportunities to conferences and client events Join a team that’s making a real-world difference Supportive and collaborative company culture Physical Requirements Primarily desk-based work Occasional travel to client meetings and events Ability to carry trade show materials as needed Prolonged screen time may be required Ready to close deals that make an impact?
