Senior Mechanical Engineer

Overview We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, practical curiosity, and a passion for problem solving. This role offers the opportunity to work with complex systems and technologies, from design and integration to testing and validation, while contributing to innovative solutions in a dynamic engineering environment. Responsibilities: Perform engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks as assigned according to Client as well as general industry engineering standards and processes. Support more senior engineers in the preparation of plans, designs, computation methods, and/or reporting. Responsible for a project or part of a project of limited complexity. Collaborate as needed with other engineering or business support disciplines internally as well as suppliers externally. Provide guidance or mentorship to entry level engineers, designers, or technicians working on a common project. Evaluate designs for performance, safety, and reliability. Prepare technical proposals, quotations, reports, and presentations. Requirements: Accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with three (3) or more years of related experience. Full-time, onsite presence required. Demonstrated hands-on curiosity and problem-solving approach. Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering. Preferred Qualifications: Experience applying root-cause problem-solving methodologies. Background in electro-mechanical system integration. Hands-on experience with product testing, test labs, or hardware-in-the-loop testing environments. Strong technical writing skills with experience creating engineering documentation.
