As a
Senior Project Engineer , you’ll be a key player in driving project success from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll support project managers and superintendents with technical expertise, coordinate with design teams and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with
DSA and OSHPD/HCAI requirements . This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers. What You’ll Do
Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders Support scheduling, cost tracking, and risk management Coordinate with architects, engineers, and trade partners Participate in OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders Mentor project engineers and interns What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field 2–3+ years of experience with a
general contractor Proven background in
healthcare, education, or public works construction Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software Strong communication and leadership skills Why Join Us
