Senior Project Manager
at our North Kingstown, RI facility. Reporting to the Global Director of Project Management, this role leads complex product and software development projects from concept through production, ensuring quality, reliability, and performance in a cross-functional team environment. Responsibilities
Lead multiple enterprise-level product and software development projects Coordinate project planning, execution, and resource management Manage cross-functional teams and external development partners Drive agile and traditional project management practices Facilitate weekly team meetings, provide stakeholder updates, and resolve issues Ensure projects meet cost, timeline, and quality goals Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required 10+ years in product development; 4–7 years leading cross-functional teams Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) PMP or Agile certification preferred or in progress This position is in-office 5 days a week.
