Position- Sr Engineering Manager, Salesforce Experience Cloud
Location- Hoffman Estates, IL remote
Duration- 03 Months contract (High Possibility to extend)
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certifications:
Salesforce certifications such as Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, or Administrator is highly preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Experience Cloud. 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing development teams. Proven experience in delivering multiple Experience Cloud initiatives.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools. Strong understanding of Experience Cloud architecture, sharing rules, and customization options. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Sales Cloud). Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices for community portals. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
