$220,000.00/yr - $276,000.00/yr The Regional Director will lead operations across
North and South Carolina , overseeing teams and ensuring successful delivery of
infrastructure, heavy civil, roadway, and highway projects . The role focuses on strategic planning, driving growth, and maintaining quality, compliance, and strong performance across the region. A leading
Fortune 500 infrastructure construction firm

and multiple specialized subsidiaries is experiencing significant growth. This opportunity is within their
Clean Energy & Infrastructure division , where they are seeking a proven leader to oversee
operations across the Carolinas region
and play a key role in expanding the company's market presence. Description Lead daily operations across multiple locations within the Carolinas region. Report directly to the President of the Civil division Drive strategic planning to achieve growth and revenue goals. Oversee compliance with company policies, project controls, and safety standards. Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and manage risks. Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and service delivery. Provide performance reports and updates to senior leadership. Manage procurement activities, including subcontracting and purchase orders. Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, serving as the region's primary business development lead. Support proposal efforts for design-build and key partnership projects. Profile Strong knowledge within the
heavy civil/ highway
market specifically

10+ years in highway/heavy civil,& bridge construction + direct experience with state Departments of Transportation Experience overseeing projects $75M+ Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite Strong analytical and verbal communication skills Excellent Leadership capabilities Experience in preparation of technical proposales and letters of interest/ SOQs
