Senior/Lead Electrical & Automation Engineer
to lead the design, integration, and commissioning of electrical and automation systems on large-scale industrial EPC projects. This is a key leadership role for someone with deep expertise in power systems, controls, and industrial automation in heavy industries. Responsibilities
Lead E&A engineering across all EPC phases (FEED to commissioning) Develop SLDs, I/O lists, instrumentation datasheets, SCADA/DCS configs Perform power system studies (load flow, arc flash, etc.) Ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, ISA, IEEE standards Oversee field installation, testing, and commissioning Interface with vendors and support junior engineers Drive digitalization and smart plant initiatives Qualifications
Bachelor's in Electrical, Automation, or Control Engineering (Master's preferred) 15+ years of experience (8+ in EPC for metals/mining/heavy industry) Proficient with ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, and PLC/DCS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, ABB) Strong leadership and communication skills Work Environment
Primarily office-based with some site visits (PPE required). Benefits
