Overview
A reputable, national manufacturing company seeks high-performing Electrical Supers to join their team across the US. The role is permanent, hands-on, and requires leadership to oversee electrical operations on industrial projects, data centers, and solar farms. Candidates should be capable of managing projects to meet deadlines, budgets, and safety standards. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of electricians to ensure successful completion of electrical installations and maintenance. Ensure all electrical work conforms to the National Electric Code (NEC) standards. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize accidents and injuries. Use APC and Excelerate software for project management, estimating, and productivity tracking. Conduct pre-construction planning, including resource allocation, work scheduling, and budgeting. Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement within the team. Collaborate with Superintendents, Foremen, and other stakeholders to meet project goals. Conduct regular safety inspections and drills to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or Electrical Superintendent. Extensive knowledge of the NEC and other relevant safety standards. Proven experience with project management software such as APC and Excelerate. Ability to estimate project costs accurately and manage resources effectively. Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours). Excellent leadership and teamwork skills with a proven track record of leading a team to achieve project goals. Strong risk management skills with the ability to identify hazards and implement mitigation strategies. Proficient in using Precon for pre-construction planning. Valid electrician's license. Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members, management, and other stakeholders. Details
