Lead electrical teams on the job site with a strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC). Prioritize safety and safety initiatives on site, including tool-box talks and daily operational risk management meetings. Operate with self-directed management to complete projects on time, safely, and within budget. Develop and integrate project schedules effectively with other trades; communicate concerns/opportunities to the Project Manager to maintain or improve margins. Demonstrate effective communication in difficult conversations to achieve positive outcomes. Develop a successor to move to the Foreman position. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications
Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours). Travel: 60-75%. Work Schedule: 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday; may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer demands. Previous project-management experience: history of managing large projects (15+ electricians or multiple small-to-medium projects). Familiarity with Faith’s estimating software and internal tools (e.g., Excellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity, Engineering, Estimating, etc.). Benefits and Career Growth
