Participate in and lead customer and market interactions Define and execute product development schedules and cost estimates Drive simulation and validation strategies for actuator systems Lead execution of VAVE projects and material cost improvement initiatives Identify and implement product design updates Support the execution of new product launch programs Up to 25% international and domestic travel as required Other duties as assigned Experience
