Firmware Engineering Manager

Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH, with design, sales, and manufacturing locations worldwide. We are currently seeking a Firmware Engineering Manager for the High Speed Cables team located in Nashua, NH. Responsibilities: Oversee and mentor the firmware engineering team, providing training and supporting their growth within the organization. Manage firmware project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple programs. Provide technical mentorship, performance feedback, and career development support for engineering staff. Assist in product defect analysis, including updating production tools to gather additional information and analyzing factory log files. Develop and enforce firmware architecture standards and coding best practices. Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies. Coordinate with peers and other engineering managers to share best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Firmware/Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role within a related industry. Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, capable of engaging with employees at all organizational levels.
