Electrical / Controls The Electrical Project Superintendent will oversee and coordinate electrical construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a strong leader who can manage field crews, maintain safety and compliance standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The Project Superintendent serves as the primary link between project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and effective execution across all phases of work. Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily field operations for electrical projects, including installation, testing, and commissioning. Lead and manage electrical crews, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and enforcing safety protocols. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and general contractors to review drawings, specifications, and schedules. Conduct regular jobsite inspections to ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and local codes. Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and labor hours. Assist with manpower scheduling, equipment planning, and material deliveries. Support project managers with cost tracking, change orders, and reporting. Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide effective solutions. Mentor and develop field personnel, fostering a positive team culture. Conduct and document safety meetings, toolbox talks, and hazard analyses. Qualifications
5-7 years of electrical construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred (not required). Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and industry safety standards. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency with project documentation (daily reports, RFIs, as-builts). OSHA 30 certification preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Benefits

Full-Time: Monday - Friday Location
