Our client, an electrical subcontractor in Texas are looking to hire several Senior Electrical Superintendents to lead field operations on hyperscale data center construction projects across Texas. The ideal candidate has a background of mission-critical or data center construction projects, or large-scale industrial/commercial projects, and the ability to manage complex electrical installations in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all on-site
electrical construction
activities from mobilization through turnover. Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure
safety, quality, and productivity . Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to confirm compliance with design intent and client requirements. Drive execution against the project plan, meeting milestones and deliverables
on time and within budget . Enforce and maintain safety standards in alignment with company policies,
OSHA , and client requirements. Collaborate with Project Managers, General Superintendents, and client representatives to resolve issues quickly. Track and report
progress, manpower, and material usage ; identify risks and implement corrective actions proactively. Mentor and develop
field staff to support growth and ensure consistent performance. Qualifications
5+ years
of electrical construction experience, including
3+ years
in a superintendent or leadership role. Strong background in
data center / mission-critical
or large-scale industrial/commercial projects. Experience in Data Center/Mission-Critical or large scale industrial/commercial projects. Texas Master or Journeyman Electrician license
required Thorough knowledge of
NEC, NFPA , and applicable state/local electrical codes. Willingness to
travel across Texas
as project needs require. Annual bonus, per diem allowance, gas card, truck allowance, health insurance, PTO, and more Seniority level
