About the Role We are looking for a motivated

Project Engineer

to join our team for a major offshore oil & gas redevelopment project. This is an

office-based role in Singapore , supporting the FEED and Detailed Engineering stage. You will act as the key interface between multidisciplinary engineering teams and project management to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor engineering deliverables across disciplines (process, piping, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).

Track project progress, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Prepare and review project reports, technical documents, and meeting minutes.

Support Project Manager in managing scope, cost, and schedule compliance.

Organise and participate in design review meetings, HAZOP/HAZID workshops, and client discussions.

Liaise with procurement, planning, cost control, and document control teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Assist in resolving technical issues by coordinating with engineering teams and vendors.

Ensure all work complies with project standards, procedures, and HSE requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, or equivalent).

3–8 years of experience

in project engineering within oil & gas / EPC projects (offshore experience an advantage).

Familiarity with FEED and Detailed Engineering stages of projects.

Strong organisational and coordination skills with ability to multitask.

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project or Primavera (advantage).

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary, multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior exposure to offshore oil & gas projects (platforms, jackets, subsea pipelines).

Knowledge of international engineering codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO, IEC).

Experience working with EPC contractors or engineering consultancies.
