Job Title:
Maintenance General Specialist Responsibilities
Perform office moves, furniture moves and reconfigure, cubicle set up, move and reconfigure Use of basic carpentry skills; including but not limited to framing, drywall, tape/mud finishing, texture, painting etc. Basic knowledge of frame/door/closure/hardware installation. Work orders system experience a plus. Assist in repair and adjust equipment as required to return equipment to proper operating condition, especially office furniture Warehouse duties/organization/inventory management. Snow removal activities. Qualifications
Education
High School diploma, Vocational School a plus Business Experience
2 to 6 years prior experience in facilities Language Skills
English Technical Qualifications & Skills
Furniture assembly, Carpentry skills a plus, Facilities maintenance a plus, Basic computer skills, Read and interpret blueprint/drawings a plus, Basic knowledge of hand tools and wood working tools a plus Notice to Prospective Employees
