The Sales Analytics team partners with Sales, S&O, Product, and Engineering to reduce friction, streamline processes, and equip sellers with reliable insights to help merchants grow their business. This role is part of the new GTM Innovation Pod, focused on replacing manual work with scalable workflows and embedding durable systems to enable predictable execution and a faster, cleaner go-to-market engine. About The Role
We’re looking for a Manager, GTM Engineering to reimagine and accelerate key processes that power Sales execution. You’ll lead the design and delivery of automation and AI-driven solutions that remove friction, improve data reliability, and help sellers connect the right merchants with the right opportunities. This role blends strategic systems thinking with hands-on engineering, building end-to-end workflows while shaping the frameworks that guide how GTM automates. You’ll partner with stakeholders to uncover bottlenecks, scope priorities, and deliver scalable solutions across teams. You will report to the Senior Manager, GTM Innovation on the Sales Analytics Team. Responsibilities
Automate at scale — Replace manual, repetitive sales processes with reliable, fast, and transparent workflows Establish durable frameworks — Build automation and AI frameworks enabling consistent, scalable execution across Sales and Mx organizations Improve merchant outcomes — Build tools that ensure the right merchants connect with the right sellers, boosting coverage, conversion, and merchant revenue Drive visibility and impact — Identify high-impact friction points in GTM execution, scope and deliver solutions, and track improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and reliability Partner cross-functionally — Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Data Engineering to align priorities, coordinate launches, and drive adoption Qualifications
You’re an experienced builder — 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data science, or a similar role, with advanced SQL and Python skills You automate with purpose — Applied automation and AI frameworks to business problems, delivering solutions that meaningfully improve accuracy, efficiency, and productivity You think in systems — Balance technical depth, business acumen, and structured thinking to translate complex Sales and Mx challenges into scalable solutions You understand our data backbone — Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM data structures and how they power Sales execution You lead through ambiguity — Comfortable both hands-on and setting direction for cross-functional partners to deliver measurable business impact Compensation and Benefits
The starting pay range is $125,800—$185,000 USD and is localized by work location. The compensation package may include equity grants.
